Bloomwell Pregnancy is an online health coaching service supporting women to make healthy lifestyle changes before, during, and after pregnancy.

Hi, I’m Dr Lauren Rockliffe. I'm a Chartered Health Psychologist and Pregnancy Health Coach. My expertise lies in understanding health behaviour in and around pregnancy, and in managing the psychological and emotional aspects of lifestyle change during this time.

I provide one-to-one health coaching where I support women to make healthy lifestyle changes at any stage throughout their pregnancy journey. Whether you’re trying to conceive, are currently pregnant, or have recently had a baby, lifestyle changes play an important role.

It might be that you’re looking to:

• make changes to your diet
• incorporate more exercise in your routine
• manage stress levels
• improve your sleep
• cut down on how much alcohol you're drinking
• quit smoking

Whatever your goals, I can support you to make the changes that matter to you.

I am committed to providing women with a safe, non-judgemental space where they can get clear on their goals and values, working together to identify and address barriers to making positive changes. I help women to:

• understand and challenge limiting beliefs
• find their motivation
• make sustainable changes to improve their physical and mental health

I am based in South London but am able to work with clients from anywhere in the world (time zones permitting), as all sessions are conducted online.
