Family Mediation
When two people decide to separate, there are usually a number of other decisions that have to be made about such issues as:
Contact arrangements for the children
Division of equity in property or finances including pensions
Who will live where
Maintenance/financial support
Mediation provides an opportunity for you to consider some or all of these matters together and with the help of a mediator, to decide jointly what you think are the best arrangements for you and your family in a confidential environment.
