My Care My Home
Information, advice, and later life services
Do you have questions about care?
Navigating the care system isn’t something most of us think about until we’re at crisis point but help is here whenever you need it from My Care My Home, A registered charity. My Care My Home is here to help provide clarity and empower you to make the right decisions when it comes to care for yourself or a loved one.
The friendly team of care advisors are on hand to take the guesswork out of your care journey. They provide completely free, impartial, and expert advice about every aspect of finding and funding care. Some of our services are chargeable, for example a comprehensive care needs assessment. So, whether you need a little extra help at home or are considering a move into a care home, they can guide you every step of the way. They also work in close partnership with organisations who provide services to help fund your short or long-term care in your own home or in a care home.
If you’re someone who likes to plan for the future, they can help with that too! Putting a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) in place and writing a will are important steps to a carefree retirement. Get in touch to speak to the experts in care.
