Our service is free, confidential, impartial, independent and open to everyone in the community.

We provide an assessment of your enquiry and identify the service you need and the best way for us to help you. This could be by:
- giving you the right information to enable you to solve the problem yourself
- making you an appointment to discuss your query further
- directing you to another organisation which is better able to help you
