Children's Heart Federation

The Children's Heart Federation (CHF) is a federation of local and national support groups.

We provide a freephone helpline and email service, respite care, family support, grants and blood test monitors for home use. Most services are open to all families of heart children.

When parents learn their child has a heart disorder their first reaction tends to be extreme. Our helpline supports families thorugh moments of fear and grief, providing information, sympathy and contact with support groups and other families.

We also provide information to teachers, doctors, nurses, social workers, students, researchers, journalists and people with congenital heart disease.
