Luton Parent Carer Forum Community Interest Company
A chance for parents and carers of children with special and additional needs to make a difference together.
Our aim is to make sure that parent’s voices are heard when it comes to planning and decision making about services for our children in Luton.
We seek to work together with the Local Services (Education, Social Care), and NHS who are actively involved and included in the design, development, implementation and evaluation of the services accessed by Children 0-25 and families with special educational needs and disabilities
We are independent and voluntary, parent led, which means that the forum will decide its own priorities and how it would like to be involved within the local authority decision making process.
There is a national support from Contact a Family and the National Network of Parent Carer Forums (NNPCF), which also enables parents’ views to be fed back nationally.
