MindEd

Our aim is to provide simple, clear guidance on children and young people's mental health, wellbeing and development to any adult working with children, young people and families, to help them support the development of young healthy minds.

MindEd provides free, completely open access, online education, available on tablets, phones or computers – bite sized chunks of 'e-learning' - to help adults to support wellbeing and identify, understand and support children and young people with mental health issues. In addition MindEd also provides a state of the art evidence based review of e-therapies.

You can use MindEd in many ways, but basically it is there to help you become informed and better equipped when dealing with children and young people. It is aimed at anyone and everyone working regularly with children or young people, 0-18 years of age. There are a range of materials extending from the general level to more specialised levels. The majority of children develop healthy minds and bodies, but it helps us to help them if we understand better what is healthy, how to support good health and what needs closer attention.

We want you to use MindEd in whatever way seems best, but you will always get a better experience if you ‘sign in’. It is free to users in the United Kingdom and we don't ask you to commit to anything.
