Our Values

Equality

We believe that every person is different but equal, and that everyone’s unique talent should be recognized and encouraged. We also recognize that People We Support with various needs, including complex needs deserve the opportunity to reflect and reach their independence in a proactive safe way.

Trust

We will be an organisation with a strong social purpose. We will be trusted by our commissioners  to deliver the services we say we will. We will behave with integrity and transparency. We will be trusted by our customers to deliver on our promises and by their loved ones to deliver safe and consistently high-quality services.

 Aspiration

We are inspirational – for our customers, staff and organisation. We aim high, seek out opportunities and do not shy away from the challenges we face. We believe in identifying, nurturing and developing potential and creating a culture of recognition and celebration across the organisation.

Other notes

We aim to provide a broad range of specialist Supported Living services for adults aged 18-65 years with learning disability, autism spectrum disorder, who may also present with mental health needs and other associated needs. The service will benefit individuals who otherwise would have stayed longer in the community hospitals, residential services or other more restrictive settings. It will also benefit people living at home with parents or guardians, looking to live independently or whose circumstances have or are likely to change at some point. We aim to provide high quality, person-centered support delivered in people we support’s homes in an environment conducive to their needs. We will be working in partnership with independent social housing landlords (who will act as the individual’s landlord) to allow professional separation between the accommodation and the care provider.
