Tae Kwon Do (UK TKD Luton)
The Luton based club of the UK-TKD organisation (United Kingdom Tae Kwon Do) started in January 2007.
New students are welcome at any time during the year, there are no set enrolment periods; the first lesson is free so you have nothing to lose by going along and seeing how the club operates.
The training sessions are enjoyable, but will push you gently to improve your fitness, flexibility and self confidence. Many families train together, so it is an excellent activity that can be enjoyed by children and mums and dads alike.
