Luton Tai Chi Club
The club was started in 1996 and in 2007 Steve Lyall took over as the resident instructor and is assisted by his wife Penny. The club does not charge a membership fee and is run by its members. This format keeps the price of lessons down and means that the club can fund such things as members insurance – something that normally would cost extra.
The primary style of Tai Chi taught at the club is the 24 move Yang style but this is supplemented by the 10 and 16 move forms and various other exercises including 'push hands' and Chi Gung.
Both Steve and Penny now train regularly with Simon Watson of Longfei Taijiquan Association of Great Britain
