This service provides emotional and mental health support for children and young people aged between 11 and 24.
What can you expect from the Service?
This service provides free, safe and anonymous online support and counselling. This service has forums, self-help tools, messaging, articles and online games and blogs.
How do you get involvement from the service/who can refer/request involvement?
No referral needed - young people can sign up themselves.
What happens after the service has been involved?
Once you click on 'chat now', a counsellor will see that you are in the queue and pick it up from there. They will get back to you as soon as they can.
What can parents, children and young people, families do if they are not eligible for the service/schools don't feel they can refer to this service?
The service does have information on other services that you could for example receive urgent support from.
