To join the housing register, applicants must be aged 16 or over (including those with no fixed abode), however there are some exclusions.
To get on the housing register come to our customer service centre at the Town Hall, LU1 2BQ.
You do not need to book an appointment. We will assess your application. This usually takes about 1 hour.
