The Counselling Foundation

The Counselling Foundation is a provider of BACP accredited counselling and training services. We have been working to support people since 1974 and we are committed to making counselling training and services accessible to all. We work with people to prepare for a career in counselling, contribute to professional development and other organisations to help them equip their teams with skills for helping with mental health. Our counselling service is unique and is based on need and not on ability to pay. This means many of our clients have heavily subsidised counselling sessions whilst those who can afford to pay more help support the on-going work of the charity. We offer in person counselling across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire and remote counselling for anyone across the UK.

Please look at our website www.counsellingfoundation.org if you would like to find out more about our services or how you can get involved and support the work of the Foundation.

Our service is available to all regardless of faith, colour, gender, sexual orientation or background and we respect and appreciate each other’s differences and diversity.
