Young@Heart singing café

Young@Heart is a dementia friendly community café supported by volunteers and sponsored by Home Instead Senior Care, a local care company.

Come and have some tea and a slice of cake in a friendly and welcoming environment.

Join us every week for some music - including singing, dancing and playing instruments other creative activities such as painting, arts and crafts.

We welcome those who are living with dementia, and their primary carers, we also offer support through close liaison with the Alzheimer's Society and the local NHS Memory Services.

Opening days and times: Café open 2-4pm every Wednesday, apart from Public & Bank holidays

Cost: its free to attend, donations towards refreshments are welcome
