Grasmere Nursery School is a popular, happy local authority maintained school in North Luton. We have six classes taking children from 3 months up to 5 years of age, and offer an amazing learning environment - both inside and out - including our own orchard! We have many pets including ducks, tortoises and guinea pigs, and our children love caring for them each day.

The Nursery is graded as an Outstanding School by Ofsted, with the Baby and Toddler Unit graded as a Good Early Years Setting. Our team is highly trained, experienced and dedicated, with Qualified Teachers, Early Years Educators and Qualified Early Years support staff.

We are open for 47 weeks a year, with sessions from 8.00am to 6.00pm, or, from 2 years of age, can also offer 8.45am to 11.45am and 12.30pm to 3.30pm for term time places only.

Grasmere is also a Resourced Nursery, which caters for children with severe and complex special educational needs and disabilities, and we are highly experienced in meeting their additional needs.

We are a Values School, and offer a wide and exciting curriculum which includes signing for communication, feelings and phonics, forest school activities, mindfulness and yoga. Visits are always welcome, so call us today for more information!
