Tai Chi Gentle Moves

Tai Chi is a gently, controlled exercise which encourages stretching and turning of joints, muscles, ligaments and tendons.
Classes are taught the 108 move Tai Chi set by experienced/volunteer instructors. The set moves some of which are repeated takes 20 minutes to do.
Older people may find their balance is improved with continues practice. Anyone over the age of 18 who wishes to experience this possible health enhancement is welcome.
