We provide services to anyone living in the community who may require help and support with their activities of daily living in order for them to maximise their independence. These services can be provided 24hrs day or night within their home environment based on the assessed needs.

THCS will provide services for adults between 18-65yrs of age and for older adults 65plus who may have a physical disability, Learning disability, elderly frail, terminally ill, multiple disabilities, acquired brain injury and various complex health needs.

We provide services for personal care, domestic tasks and other services such as waking night service. We have a team of carers who are trained to work with people with dementia and Alzheimers disease and they can provide care in the comfort of your own home 24hrs a day. Staff are trained, vetted and police checked.
