Oak Tree Kindergarten was established in 1989, and we have two sites. This site is located near to Wardown Park. The property has been converted and extended to create bright, airy and spacious rooms, which are extensively equipped tom meet the developmental needs of children.

As the kindergarten becomes a child’s second home, great care is taken to provide a stimulating, happy and caring atmosphere in which each child is encouraged to develop his or her full potential. We want the children to learn respect for each other and the environment with which they live, a great emphasis is placed on good social skills.

Our timetable provides a full and varied programme designed to develop physical, intellectual, language, emotional and social skills. The children are given every opportunity to explore, manipulate, collaborate and imagine through child initiated and more structured activities which are guided by the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to support children in their development.
