About us

The Salvation Army has a long history of working with people who are vulnerable and marginalised in every community.

We offer very practical help, unconditional assistance and support regardless of race, religion, gender or sexual choices, respecting the identity and choices of all those referred to them.   Family breakdown, unemployment, poverty, homelessness, and drug and alcohol dependency are just some of the reasons why people can lose everything they value, including their dignity. We are here when you need us.
