Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)
PALS is based in the main reception of the Luton and Dunstable (L&D) hospital and provides on the spot help for patients, careers and relatives.
The PALS officers give information and advice on NHS services and resolve patients concerns. They will also give advice on how to make a complaint if they are unable to resolve a concern.
PALS officers are available Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm.
