Our motto is 'activity for life'. To achieve this we bring together a range of groups including local authorities, national governing bodies, coaches, clubs and volunteers to develop a strong sporting infrastructure that ensures sport and physical activity is easily accessible by all sections of the local community.

We organise workplace challenges, get back into sport sessions and an inclusive sports programme called No Limits.
