I am a recently qualified Ofsted registered Childminder. I have left Secondary School Teaching, for the foreseeable future to spend more time to help support my family and young son’s development. I hope to use my passion for teaching, and my enjoyment of being a mother to provide fun, creative and memorable learning experiences for others.

My setting is my home, I offer a warm, clean, engaging, caring and positive setting where others can grow, develop, feel happy and confident. My setting offers opportunities for play inside and outside within my large back garden.

With my son and the children I look after, we currently visit Childminding groups, Salto gymnastics club, attend story rhyme time, soft play groups and take trips to the park- when the weather is nice. We also play lots-of course. I am building a large collection of toys from educational, role-play, art and craft, sensory and toys to promote physical development.

I am able to offer food/drink/snacks at an extra cost. I am experienced in providing healthy, tasteful and exciting food- being a former food technology teacher. My experience means that can often find safe ways to include children in the making process, enriching their learning and development, as well as giving them life skills.

My location is Marsh Farm/ Bramingham borders, near to Lea Manor High School

I currently drop off at Learning Land in Bramingham and pick up school aged children from St Joseph’s Primary School, Icknield Primary School and Cardinal Newman High School.
