Guru Nanak Luncheon Club

Tea and light refreshments are available throughout the day with a traditional Punjabi lunch.

Other services include; classes in English, exercise, computers and sewing; seaside trips and other recreational activities to coincide with festivals; information, advice and practical help with completing forms and dealing with doctors, benefit agencies etc.

Befriending and carer support is available.
