Welcome to the Luton Local Offer
Coronavirus: ‘Looking after Yourself, Looking after Your Children’
The Luton 'Local Offer' website helps you find information about local services, support and events for children and young people aged 0 to 25 years who have special educational needs or disabilities (SEND). A child or young person has SEN if they have a learning difficulty or disability which calls for special educational provision to be made for them.

Tell us your views
Following our SEND inspection and Written Statement of Action, it's really important that we can understand:
- the views of children and young people and their parents and carers
- what you think about the services provided
- how you feel about the things that are important to you
This work is being led by SEND colleagues in the local authority, working with other partners who provide SEND services in Luton including health.
In order to gather this information we've developed four surveys:
- for parents
- primary school children
- secondary aged young people up to 16 years
- young people 16 years plus
We'll also be running focus groups with parents and using easy to read versions of the survey in schools. If you'd like to get involved but would prefer not to use the online survey form, please get in contact via email: SENDluton@luton.gov.uk

Luton Parent Carer Voice
